You can either call, email, or fill out the online form to receive your free estimate. Once our team receives the information, one of our team members will reach out to set up an in-person or virtual walkthrough of your belongings. Make sure to show us everything you plan on bringing as we will use the information to create your custom quote. Don’t forget to include details like whether you’re in a walk-up or if we need to provide a certificate of insurance.
Once we have all the information, we’ll reach out to you with our custom quote. Read the quote carefully and ask any questions if you have them. We’re always happy to help. Once you’ve signed the quote, we’ll schedule your move date.
Get a Customized Moving Plan
Every move is unique, that’s why we assign a moving specialist to each of our customers to help them navigate the moving process. We create our plans by asking our customers their budget and needs. Some people might only need our basic moving service where we simply load and unload their items. Others might need more services like packing, unpacking, moving supplies, and more.

Track Your Move
Unless you’re moving within the same building, you probably want to know where your moving truck is heading while it’s en route to your new home. After all, there’s a lot that can go wrong in NYC from congested traffic to accidents. Plus, you want to make sure you arrive before the truck does so you can let them into your new apartment!
That’s why all of our trucks are GPS-enabled. That means you can call us up and we’ll tell you exactly where the truck is located and the general estimated time of arrival. You can even ask about the location of the truck before they arrive so you can pack some last minute items if you need to.
Manage Your Move
We’ll take all of the legwork out of the moving process. Even before moving day, we’ll provide whatever you need for your relocation. Is your building asking for a certificate of insurance? Let us know and we’ll provide one. On moving day, you won’t have to worry about things like traffic, parking, heavy lifting, and so on. And if you hire us for other services like packing or unpacking, we can take that off your plate, too!
There are a few things you need to do. For one, you will need to be present on moving day at your old and new apartment so our movers can get inside your building and apartment. You’ll also want to keep track of everything you’re moving by creating a detailed inventory of your belongings. Should anything get damaged or lost during the move, you can refer back to your inventory. And don’t forget to do the other non-moving tasks like updating your address, transferring your utilities, and so on.
